As a resident and former HOA Board member with Harbor Lights, I’ve had the pleasure of working with  Pacific Coast Management for almost 20 years. The staff at PCM has always been very responsive, professional and super knowledgeable regarding every area of homeowner association management. PCM has been a very thorough legal and financial advisor to our Board and overseen a number of projects for our association both large and small. 

 PCM has guided and advised Harbor Lights HOA through special assessments for members, large scale fumigation and construction projects and also a complete rewrite of the association’s covenants and CC&Rs. Angie and the Pacific Coast Management team are simply terrific!

Our HOA board had switched managers multiple times in a short period; both through some going out of business or bad management in general.  So, once again, we found the need to search for a new management company.

From the first meeting and interview, Pacific Coast Management quickly rose to the top of our list.  Their professionalism, knowledge and experience shined through.  Pacific Coast Management was an easy choice for our BOD, we signed a contract shortly after, and we couldn’t be happier.
