Our HOA board had switched managers multiple times in a short period; both through some going out of business or bad management in general. So, once again, we found the need to search for a new management company.

Pacific Coast Management was an easy choice for our BOD, we signed a contract shortly after, and we couldn’t be happier. Angie continually proves her value to us, both in guiding the board during executive sessions but also in streamlining our sometimes 2-3+ hour open sessions down to a manageable 45-60 minutes. All while she ensures we abide by Davis Stirling guidelines, California codes and laws, as well as patiently explaining situations to our board and homeowners alike.
