Our HOA board had switched managers multiple times in a short period; both through some going out of business or bad management in general. So, once again, we found the need to search for a new management company.
From the first meeting and interview, Pacific Coast Management quickly rose to the top of our list. Their professionalism, knowledge and experience shined through. Pacific Coast Management was an easy choice for our BOD, we signed a contract shortly after, and we couldn’t be happier. Angie continually proves her value to us, both in guiding the board during executive sessions but also in streamlining our sometimes 2-3+ hour open sessions down to a manageable 45-60 minutes. All while she ensures we abide by Davis Stirling guidelines, California codes and laws, as well as patiently explaining situations to our board and homeowners alike. The entire team at Pacific Coast Management is responsive to our board and homeowners by returning calls quickly or answering immediately.
